SO BUSY (Warning: This post may be long)

Emery's first rice cereal was monumental at the Lee household I decided it needed some quality time as the top post on the blog!

Actually...things have been really busy around here (yes even to busy to update the blog). Here is what we have been up to in the last month.
First, it started with VISITORS, VISITORS and more VISITORS. My sister, Cheree and her kids came down for a few days to spend some time with us during there spring break. It always adds a little more excitement to our house and we love it when they come to visit, despite what Cheree may think:). Her kids love Emery and Emery loves to see other people besides me all day long.

Garrett & Emery - too cute - Garrett absoulely loves Emery and Emery loves Garrett!

Addison & Emery

Right after Cheree and her family left, my parents came. My little brother Brian got his mission call. So again our house was crazy with everyone over to watch him open it, but so much fun. He is going to the Marshall Mujuro Island. Crazy! I was going to post a video but it is being dumb and will not upload right now. I will keep trying. So in the meantime here are some pictures.

Brian has been "renting" from us for the last year while he attends ASU and we love having him here. Emery gives him the best smiles and already loves her Uncle Brian! We are so proud of him and know he is going to be an awesome missionary. My parents were able to stay the night with us and then Justin's parents came into town for a four-wheeler trip with the boys.

After all the visitors left I headed off up the mountain to stay with Cheree for a week to help her take care of her kids while Garrett got his tonsils out. Garrett was so brave and did so good and while I was there really was not in need of much help (the worst days hit after I left, sorry Cheree I could not stay longer). I got to just enjoy a relaxing week hanging out with my sister. Katie and Garrett loved Emery. Katie would love to get her pacifier ALL the time. Justin joined us at the end of the week to watch conference. I wanted to post on my feelings about conference, but did not get around to it, so I will just summarize by saying it was amazing and I absolutely loved it! I wasn't very good at taking pictures while I was there so do not really have anything to show from my fun week there. Next time I will have to be better.
Besides all the visitors Justin has still been keeping himself busy working on the yards, although he has had lots of help. Thanks Byron, Brennon, Brian, Curt, Brandt and of course Garrett for all your hard work! They are coming along and should be done in the next couple weeks. I am so excited for the grass but even more excited to be able to spend time with my husband in the evenings again:)

Nothing better than two good lookin' hard work'n boys!

I love this picture of Brian. It looks like he is posing but trust me, he is just trying to keep that machine from getting away from him.

In between all the visitors I have been busy being a mom to my adorable little girl. She started sitting up a little over a month ago and now I can hardly get her to ever lay on the floor. She loves it! Lately she also loves making loud noises. Eating. Playing with Daddy. And...just being cute.

Soooo Cute

Way to go Carli! You did a great update. I now understand why you had Rice Cereal up for so long. I can't wait to see your front yard when it is done. Good for Justin and everybody else for helping. The video of Brian turned out good too.
